Appropriate? YES!!! In fact, I'd call it a stroke of good luck that you'll

only have to deal with your immediate supervisor for a couple of days before

you actually leave!!! Give your notice to HR NOW!!!

Is it something like vertigo?

My fiancée has just been told that he has it, he gets really dizzy when

Lying on his back. He's had ear problems on and off since he was a

child.

Hope you feel better.

Re: Emergeny visit to the oral

surgeon today -- Mark B.

Mark,

Thanks for your reply. I really don't know. I haven't been feeling

well at all for the past couple of weeks, i.e. very dizzy while

laying down, so the infection may have been bruing. I forgot to ask

my surgeon if there's a hole in my mouth from where the screw came

out because I really don't know how the whole thing did. It just

feel out, I didn't have to do anything to get it out.

Dear Jane,

I will have to remember to ask my surgeon about it, but your right the

likelihood of it happening to me is very slim, positive if it did I am at

least prepared. I think I do better when I think the worst and get something

better. I think if I would have been more prepared with the surgery and

really thought the worst I would be happy, happy joy joy! lol ...

Thank you so much for taking out time to talk to me, it really helps reassure

me and keep me in check that things aren't as bad as I make them out to be.

Thanks again,

Tonia

Hello Jane,

Yes, your right about being prepared to be banded. Now that I at least know

that I may be banded, I will not be surprised or depressed.. I am so happy I

found this site.

I am so happy this morning when I woke up and looked in the mirror I finally

look almost like I did before. My swelling is basically gone!! I only have a

little still on the left side where my sinuses are.

I am counting down the days 7 Days left!! Yes!! It is amazing on how I am

starting to look more toward being able to talk to people than being able to

eat. I really miss being able to talk to my husband and him actually being able

to understand me. I have had a lot of time to just sit around and think. lol..

Well thanks again,

Tonia

She tripled the dose of thyroid from what I was taking and I see her again in 2 weeks. Meanwhile, we're running all kinds of other bloodwork. Meanwhile, the neurologist that I was sent to for the numbness in my hands feet and legs somehow decideded that he needed a MRI of my brain because of all my headaches and I am on round 3 of those,..first the MRI, the an MRA, and today when the doctor say the results of the MRA and consulted with the radiologist, they decided on another kind so back I went and spent more time in the tube. I don't know what the answer is going to be. Meanwhile, this neurologist had me make an appt. with a neurosurgeron saying we would cancel the appt. if it wasn't needed. I have appts. every day this week. I going to bed now and rest. I'm not allowed to have aspirin so I'm really using lots of ice packs on my head and neck.

Thanks, Jane. Yeah, well it would have taken a lot less time if

I didn't keep having these little intermissions for surgery,

etc. ;> Currently, we're planning to take the entire month of

November off; but, I know that won't last. About one day of

inactivity is all either of us can stand before we start to go

bugnuts. ;> But, redecorating the way I do it isn't nearly as

disruptive to our lives. I work on something; when it's done, we

swap it out for the current model. Or, we trundle about the

stores, and they deliver.

Owens

BTW, it is such a treat to see your email address pop up

and your name pop up at the end of your

message. It's so good to know that you and have finally

reached the point of thinking of decorating

now...you've been in remodeling mode for so long. I fully

understand the frustration.

Hugs,

Jane
