Good job! I remember how proud I was after the family reuinion last

year (husbands side - german - and lots of GREAT food. I took really

sweer grapes with me and walked around holding them. Every time I

wanted something I'd eat a grape. I was so proud I came directly to

the computer to tell this group. LOL

Sounds like you did great! Good for you! I think it was definitely

worth commenting on! You are learning the balance, that we can eat

normal, just less. That's great!

I hope your dad is ok, stubborn coot! LOL What can you do but just

love him eh? Take care of your ankle. I'm glad to hear it's not as bad

as it was before.
