I'd ask, most do, otherwise, perhaps try Weight Watchers or something to monitor the caloric intake? We ALL KNOW that we CAN lose weight on diets, so if you've done that in the past, it's sure to work again for the interim of having a " permanent fix " if you chose this! Dawn Re: Hi All ! The tips you gave were right on the money though. Cut out soda and junk snack foods and try to drinl mostly water. In fact thats one of the tips they give pre-ops is to start drinking water before your surgery. This way you are already use to having to drink all day long.
