Jeff and MJ,

I just waned to let you know I know how you feel with the last

minute jitters. I tend to worry about things tooo much. I had a

hard time sleeping about 3 days before surgery.

These were my thoughts:

What if I die??

What are my kids and DH going to do with out me?

What if it does not work?

What if they find I am dying of cancer?( silly I know but I have a

long family history of cancer.)

One morning I woke up and the first thought was ARE YOU

CRAZY ??? WHAT ARE YOU DOING THIS FOR!!!!!

So I just wanted you to know my heart goes out to you two and

don't let this nervouse get you off the big picture. A happy,

healthy person!!!

Just thought I would share. MJ youn will be in my thoughts

Monday you will do fine.

TaTa for now,

Kathy

P.S. Jeff I was a EMT I and you had me laughing so hard

when you said you screamed!! I let my license lap and when I

read your post I got a felling like I WANT TO DO THAT AGAIN!!!!

Ohhh well maybey whne the kids get older!!

same way. Wow...48 hours! What are you feeling today? I'm

kinda jittery today...it's one of my last 2 shifts before surgery...I

took next week off...FOR ME! ;-)

>

> If I don't get a chance to say it before Monday, you will definately

be in my thoughts and prayers. Good luck on Monday...I'll be

thinking of you. If you have the ability for someone to post to the

group to let us know how you're doing, please do. We'll all be

waiting with baited breath. Well...maybe not baited. I'm afraid of

what comment might come up with, with all the recent talk of

porno's and facials and all. ;-)

Well said !

I know it is common for me to put the needs of others first. I'm

usually the one who suffers and has to absorb all the problems this

" wacked priority " syndrome causes. I do this at work, at home, etc. You

are right in that you are not alone. While I have gotten better since

my surgery 16 months ago...I can still stand to improve. Thanks for the

reminder!

P.S. Are you the who was at last week's NWH meeting? If so, I

believe we met.
