Once you are feeling better and moving again it should come right off. I know I don't lose when I don't exercise. It doesn't matter how good I eat. I think you are right to " honor your body " . If your body is demanding it I believe it is for a reason. Good for you still going to the meeting. Great attitude! Just hang in there. It will pay off!
