Guest guest Posted December 14, 2005 Report Share Posted December 14, 2005 I just wanted to share that last night my husband and a friend celebrated the end of finals- I turned in my last paper yesterday!!- with a really delicious and completely gluten free meal. A guy that works at my husband's company sent us live Maine Lobsters for Christmas, and so we had: Mushroom Risotto Baked Balsamic Vinagrette Asparagus Lobster with butter Champagne It was a FANTASTIC homemade meal!!! Just remember, there are a lot of absolutely delicious gourmet things we can still enjoy with Celiac!!! And with that, I think I'll go have some of the leftover risotto for lunch, mmm....
