Ok folks....now is the time! What the heck is pate' anyway? Exactly what

is it made up of? That stuff scares me!

Food that has been pureed and put back together might be worth a try.

Try link sausages, hot dogs, pate and chicken patties. I was able to

eat all of them in week two.
