Thanks , that's a great idea! I'm going to make a couple more trips and

strap those stepometers to each hip and to my socks. I can walk out the door

and complete a mile walk by walking to the curb!

you get twice the exercise points, right? If you add the two together then

Wow! If I do the same thing and get more stepometers then I could consider

the walk I took this evening as a 30 miler. Nifty! I just wonder if we can

get our fat cells and muscles to think along the same lines??

So Jon, what salads do you like? I love the Asian chicken salad at Jack in

the Box. I only eat about 1/2 the dressing to save on calories. I tried

the Asian salad at Arby's but didn't like it as much. Of course neither of

those places have the stepometer but after a couple I don't know what you

would do with them all? Christmas gifts?
