Guest guest
Hope I am not out of line for posting this...I am trying to get the following info for a paper for my college class: How many Higher Court rulings have been made relating to coerced participation into 12-step groups/treatment? How many of these ruled in favor of the plaintiff (i.e. that coerced participation is unconstitutional)? I think I read somewhere that the number was 8 total, with 6 in favor of the plaintiff, but I don't know if that's accurate and I'm sure it's outdated by now. Thanks to all who take the time to make the specifics on some of them available on the net. I'm just looking for the numeric totals, if anyone has them. Thanks- Nick
