Guest guest
Is it an ethics problem for a hospital to perform a service that it cannot complete, discover that there is a problem, then transfer the patient to another fully functional lab for treatment? So, the patient gets charged for the first procedure, the ambulance ride to the second hospital, then the procedure again with treatment. Anybody else run into this situation?
