Guest guest
Dear W I am not so sure that DH would of wanted me to sue but it was my decision to deal with Ashermans this way. I started this law suit well over a year now and its going to be a long drawn out process. I already know that the B****** that did this to me has got away with it and they are naming the Consultant that dealt with my Ashermans in the law suit as she didn't diagnose me in time. I found out from Newham Generals Solicitors that I am partly to blame as I wanted to try Acupuncture !!!!! If she had told me at the time what she thought I had Ashermans ( as per notes ) then I would of told her to investigate straight away. That was not mentioned in their statement. Get this their Solicitors say that she didn't think that I had Ashermans as it is so " rare" we know that it is not but even so if it is so rare why not investigate it properly. Also mentioned in the statement was that Ashermans was not mentioned as I was having periods. I think that I am dealing with a bunch of morons who don't know anything about Ashermans. There was a hearing today which I did not need to attend so I will wait to hear in anticipation what my solicitor says tomorrow. Oh yes and they didn't mention the fact that I was told to TTC with a uterus full of scars. Sorry so long -lawsuit TANYA,I am glad you feel better about getting some of the anger off of your chest. I want you to realize that so many of us feel a lawsuit is the right thing to do if it is common knowledge that a normal standard of care was not followed when you had medical treatment that eventually caused all of your problems. It is so difficult when deciding what to do because it is time consuming, costly and emotionally draining to go thru a lawsuit, especially one where your own medical records and care are on the line, reviewed and judged every step of the way. I hope that things go well for you and I wanted you to know that I am behind you. Hope you get good news soon.' W
Guest guest
You need to check the statute of limitations for personal injury in your particular state. In some states, it is one year from the date of the act that caused your injury or one year from the date you discovered your injury. In some states, you have two years. Each state is different. Good luck! Dana W W., Hi, I am not sure if I remember this information correctly or not. I think I read that you were from Georgia. I am also working with a lawyer. I thought that I had read an emai saying that there was a 2 year time frame but 1 year from time of finding out to file a lawsuit. My lawyer thinks it is all two years. Can you tell me what you know about this and if this is what you have heard. Thanks and I hope everything is going well

Guest guest
, Not sure if W has responded to you but If you look at the "legal cases" database, it will tell you exactly what the time frame is for Georgia. Poly
