You have to have the test done. I had mine done a few years back through

Great Smokies, but I don't know if they still do phase 1 and phase 2 detox

pathways tests. You have to go to a doc who knows where to order it. It's

done by blood. Andy tells you in the book what to do about it. Fast phase

1 goes along with chemical sensitivities, but I don't know about phase II.

phase 2

Is this fast Phase 1, slow Phase 2 discussed in the hair test book? I

just have the Amalgam Illness book and don't understand how you know

if you're slow or fast and what it all means. Thanks.

It is not terribly clear... I think one needs tests if they aren't

certain.

Mostly Amalgam Illness. There are some parts of the Hair Test Book

where he says what supplements to take for specific problems.

Yes I got that prescribed from a doc. Didnt know it was to help with

those issues directly.

Have also tried vesselcare. Tetrahydrofolate.

Did not get any clear improvement.

The methylation issues confuse me, someone says there are blocks in

the methylation cycle, others say that some people are overmethylated.

People are clearly in need of widely different nutrients and doses.

It is dumb that one has to experiment, I dont think it is healthy

either.
