So we can be cycle buddies. After my ep, I had to wait 2 cycles before ttc. It took me over two years to get pg the first time and only 2 months after my ep with only 1 tube!! Dr said we could start ttc after this cycle. I need to gain some weight back. I want to be as healthy as I can be.. I am hoping to start ttc in April but dh wants to wait longer since i just had two surgeries in just under 5 months... somehow, I think I will be ttc soon thougth!! I know you want to rush right into it, but they tell you 2-3 cycles for a reason.. please make sure it is ok for you to start right away.. you want to be as healthy as you can be.... Ability to predict the due date and check progress 2. To allow tube to heal if it wasn't removed 3. Emotional reasons 4. To make sure that ALL products of conception (hate that term but it fits here) have expelled from your uterus (if no D & C) I know these are all valid reasons to wait... but I don't feel able to sit out another cycle. I have a very long history with TTC and I can't afford to waste anytime. Sorry if that sounds bad but it's the way I feel. I can't go to an RE until after my husband gets hired on at his job (he's a contracter (computer programmer) now) which should be in the next month or so... my current Ob/gyn will no longer treat me (and I've moved to a different part of town anyway) so I'm going to find a Dr here.. schedule my annual pap asap (hopefully in the next week or so) and I will talk to them about the fact that I will be trying to concieve on my own and my history.... Next tuesday, I will be 32 (now some say that is still young, but I have a chronic illness and know my body won't be able to handle a pg when I am older) and I alawys thought I would have kids by now and in Jan when I found out I was pg, I thought " at least I will be pg when i am 32 " .. so I am dreading my birthday... but really believe it is NOT in my time.... lisa r T.T.F.N. Last time with Sara I put the stick in an angel box (have another one) and he buried it for me. I know it might sound crazy, but i can't just throw the hpt away.
