Breakfast- Dannon Light 'N Fit Creamy Blueberry-2

Triple B muffin-1.5

Lunch- soy milk smoothie:

1 cup vanilla soy milk-2

1/2 c frozen raspberries-.5

1/2 frozen banana-1

1 TBSP sugar-1

3 ice cubes

This was very good! A variation of Maureen's recipe using soy milk.

Very thick, almost like a shake! I had to eat it with a spoon:)

Snacks- Lays sour cream and onion chips-4

1/2 bag lite microwave popcorn w/ butter spray and 1 tsp

parmesan-2.5

Dinner- Hungry Jack Casserole-9

Total 25 pts

Range- 20-25

Water- 128 oz

Exercise 40 minute walk at park with DH, very hot! Lots of sweatin'

going on:)

I had a good day, felt like the munchie monster was on my back

today!! I unfortunately was not affected by the heat today! It didnt

seem to stop me from snacking, of course I spent most of the day

indoors in the a/c *sigh*

Journal looks great Cherie!! I am glad that you liked the smoothie! Mine

turned out very thick too! Be careful eating too many of the triple b muffins,

they might have a bad reaction going through you, unless you are used to the

bran.
