Guest guest
A very good herb for my irritable bowel that is distrubuted by Dr Dunner called CYnarol--it is made of artichoke leaf extract--it helps the flow of bile-- I cannot say for sure about if you have gallstones though--I think it is recommended--do a google.... There is a website for a CHinese treatment of Gallstones called ???{will do another post to tell you the name.. I have also found an herb called cramp bark very good if you have spastic ,irritable bowel.. I started with three capsules with each meal. Now after 8 FDC I only need one per meal.. When I have pain in my liver I also take more manganese -- this mineral helps the liver detox chemicals.... I also take a product called Molkosan distributed by A. Vogel .. It is made from a concentrate of whey wich is fermented naturally --this produes a bacterial culture sort of similar to yoghurt but a totally different strain.. Whne my liver ,bowel is really feeling raw and hurting it replenishes the natural bacteria..I am now doing antibiotics which is why I first got ill in the first place {antibiotics plus a week later a drug to kill off parasites} This Molkasan ,plus acidophilus helps to correct my symptoms..inflamed bowel ,sore liver and spastic bowel.. Guest guest
..... There > is a website for a CHinese treatment of Gallstones called ??? ======== ---It is called sensiblehealth.com She does have her strong opinions about a complete cure of many things-- She does not have all the answers but maybe she does have some ideas for gallbladder --a freind of my cousins did it to avoid gallbladder stone surgery and did well--totally cured..--however maybe too strong for those with heavy metal problems as it is somewhat similar to a liver flush. It does use a different herb than other liver flushes which she says makes the stone to pass alot more easily... -- Body1million > > >

Guest guest
Hi thanks for the information, one thing to point out though the molkosan is not a probiotic. It is pasturized so it has been heated to kill all bacteria present so it can sit on a shelf without refridgeration and have a good shelf life. Its just a way of preserving food, check the label if you wish. What you are getting there is the minerals in whey and an acidic drink but no bacteria Phil > > > > Since its not recommended that mercury poisoned people shouldn't do > > liver fluses, what can a person do for pain in the > liver/gallbladder > > area and stones? Guest guest
I can not beleive that Molkasan adn Biota Breuss juice have no goodies for the bowel flora.. I am now on antibiotics and if it was not for eating these my gut would be in total spasm, my liver would hurt and I would be going crazy--LOL-- I had a full day of work today and not one attack...-my fourth day on antibiotics!!!-- It says on the bottle that it is fermented -- It may not be acidophilus but I would think it has other bowel flora.. Did you know that even certain strains of the bacteria E- coli is a good part of our flora//THis is what always goes out of wack for me..I can take acidophilus till my head explodes but when I go back to homeopathic E-coli and then add on the Molkasan I am better.... Guest guest
Sure I am not saying it is not giving you any benefit or that it canot benefit anyone else. I am just correcting what you are saying in that it is pasturized, have a look on the bottle if you wish. Pasturization is a process where you heat the product to " kill all " bacteria present to preserve the drink/food, its exactly the same as milk unless you get it raw. Another example is fruit juice, the one that has not been pasturized is in the chiller preserving the natural contents, slowing down bacteria both good and bad to prevent it going bad. The other type is just on the shelf with a use by date at least 3 times as long, this has been pasturized. What you may have is the drink helping to re acidify you intestines, you may be getting lots of good minerals and nutrients from the whey and in some cases dead or live bacteria can actually feed other bacteria. So although its dead you may have enough good bacteria left which is feeding from it and whatever else you are eating to re colonise take control of your bowel. If however someone does truely need live bacteria/probiotics because they have a serious overgrowth of bad bacteria or their's has been practically wiped out by multiple rounds of broadspectrum antibiotics they will need a live drink/food. i.e. Some antibiotics are directed at certain types and are not as broadspectrum, eg. some may be for aerobic bacteria, so the bifidum (anerobic) do not get touched. These people will need things like live yogurt, kefir, sauerkraut or just plain probiotics. All of these will be found in the chiller because the fermentation by the live bacteria needs to be slowed down otherwise the bacteria will run out of food i.e natural sugars in the food they are surviving on, the warmer it is the quicker they multiply and ferment (to a point until its too hot, which is normally over 120F) jars would be leaking from all the growth and gas produced, lids would be popping off and contents turning nasty. Hope that helps Phil > > > > > > > > Since its not recommended that mercury poisoned people > shouldn't > > do > > > > liver fluses, what can a person do for pain in the > > > liver/gallbladder > > > > area and stones? Guest guest
I have thought of another technique that got me through when my liver was overactive--it was a God send when I could not sleep.. I use acupuncture on a liver?gallbladder point on the foot---It does not seem to matter that I get the exact point ,just any where in the general area..You can find the area on any foot reflexology cgart.. I leave the needles I buy at Chinese stores in the foot for about five - ten minutes and I feel calmed down... I always use a new needle-- they are fairly cheap-- the smallest size needle is fine as the needle does not go in far -not more than a poke.. I also do the technique that acupuncturists use-- I twist the needle a few times during the five minutes--this helps to stimulate healing more.. Guest guest
I did 5 liver flushes a year ago after chelating for a few years with no problem. I got out lots of stones. I recently learned I was repoisoned with mercury after eating fish every other day for 9 months for a rotation diet I was advised to follow for allergies. I just did my first liver flush after learning of my repoisoning and seem to be okay. It had been a year since I had cleared out my liver and gallbladder of stones and was wondering if I had any now. I have been having trouble detoxing since stopping the fish. I got out over 100 stones, some of them as large as 3/4 inch long/wide. I was amazed that I had them, especially because I do a daily coffee enema which is supposed to increase bile flow. Guest guest
Many of the supplements on the recommended supplement list support the liver. See pages 40-43, 110-111, 135, 143-167 of " Amalgam Illness " . I would add Mg and CLO, or a source of omega 3 and vit D, to Andy's liver support list. Diet can help the liver too. Avoid hydrogenated oils and deep fried foods, also processed foods. Use extra virgin olive oil and lemon juice for salads and dips. Basically, give the body what it needs (fresh vegs, fruits, nuts, seeds, lean meats, 'good' fats) and avoid anything that gives the liver more things to detoxify ('bad' fats, those extra things on product labels). Fresh foods are always best. My understanding of the reasons why liver flushes are not recommended is that the livers of toxic people are already stressed and flushes stress them further. There is also the risk that they will precipitate a gall bladder attack, or lead to worsening of symptoms. I have also heard that the 'stones' that get flushed out are really just saponified olive oil.
