added photos, cheek asymmetry?

I created a folder with photos of my son . He's 6.5 months, 2

weeks into his NOPCO (Children's Boston) helmet. He has a 12mm flat

spot on the back left of his head.

Dies anyone else see the cheek asymmetry? That his left cheek (right

cheek in photo) is bigger? Could this be teething? Or does some plagio

affect the face this way? This never came up in consult with the

plastic surgeon, I don't think I even noticed it till recently.

any ideas?
