Guest guest
Vernie , I am with you on the 3 above. I have been hanging in the top 3 for a while now and my weight recorder said maybe I should have my goal raised, told her if I did then I would probably just play with that 3 also, so I am not going to do it. I have got to buckle down and get with it. For the first 2 years of making Kops I stayed below goal and then Since then I have been up and down. I had my 4th anniversary as Kops Sunday so don't want to lose it and it is scary when you get to the top like that. Our coord gives dangles also for the WOW BAR AND I have a few of them but will get back with it. I know I can't catch you but I can have fun trying. Guest guest
Jackie, You go for it girl. You never know until you really try how many you can get. Last year I was nearer my goal than I have been in a long time, then on Cybertops they had the exercise goal and I really got into it, I would usually walk 2 miles a day 5 days a week, my husband figured out I would have to do 5.5 miles a day so I did 2 miles walking every day then 4 or 5 miles bicycling, my husband would frown every night my bike is in the living room and he would have to turn the tv up when I ride, I told him well you can either turn it up or go to bed because I am gonna ride my bike, so got to where he did not complain, if he did I would just go turn it up before I got on the bike, and I got down lower than I had been in a long time. so I know the extra exercise did it. I am trying to stay on that regiment since IRD....BUT...have not been on the bike since I got home and HAVE TO get back to it. You can do it.....I challenge you to get a WOW dangle...or more important to get your 5 year necklace next year!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Guest guest
Janet, I think you're smart to not raise your goal. I did and did exactly what you said would happen~~I just went right up into upper leeway again. I have been there for most of the last two years. The first five years I stayed below goal most of the time, usually 3-5 below.but for the last two years I just can't seem to get back to goal. Being a KOPS is too important to me to not keep working at it though.

Being a KOPS is too important to me to not keep working at it though. I had the same problem too. This past year or two I have really struggled trying to stay in leeway. I have lost that same 3 lbs. above goal over and over....and still trying to get to my goal and below. I almost made it last week. Next week we are unable to have our meeting because of VBS. I am still reminding myself that I need to be sensible just the same. Barbara
