Guest guest Posted January 15, 2003 Report Share Posted January 15, 2003 Feet: Skin is intact with no open areas. He has a s/l necumotic area over the left toe, where he states he dropped something. He has a positive monofilament as well as a positive vibratory sensation. There is no peripheral edema. His left forearm s/l avifisula is intact with a positive bruit and a positive thrill.
