Hi, Weezie -

I would throw out any yogurt that has mold growing on it...

Even if the date on the package says it's not expired, I wouldn't take a

chance when it comes to food molds...

I know some folks say it's okay to cut out mold from cheese (an inch or two

radius around it), but I heard some other stuff saying it's possible the mold

is developing elsewhere in that cheese. That report (was on a TV show a few

years ago - - sorry, I can't remember if it was on a cooking show or news

report) said that molds growing on foods may have a possible link to cancer,

so, I would toss out cheese developing mold, too...(unless it were bleu

cheese, which is supposed to have that bluish mold)..

Love,

Cherie
