As far as I know the migraine formula isn't any different just has some migraine literature with it. Excedrin Migraine is a combination of aspirin and tylenol with a dose of caffeine. I don't know if aspirin is safe for bf'ing, plus I really don't know how much caffeine is too much. I am on Excedrin Migraine withdrawal(my guess is you have migraines like I do) because I am currently pregnant. I personally would like an exact answer to your question too. It would be nice to know that once I have the baby I can finally get migraine relief. That Excedrin Migraine is a wonder drug.
