Even though I used banked points I still consider it an on plan day. I hope

yours was great also.

muffin top cookie bran blueberry 2

1/2 cup smoked turkey 4

Evening

1 cup(s) store-bought macaroni salad 10

1 item(s) Hardee's Fried Chicken Breast 9

1 philly swirl bar 1

2 no pudge brownies 4

Exercise

90 min swimming, slow 14

notes

No fruits or vegies but did swim and play for at least 3 hours and

that was all time away from the food. Had 13 banked points for my use today and

I will not count my excercise points but will use 7 of my banked so in my own

way I feel I had a very victorious day. not great nutrition but I did a great

You had a wonderful day! I am so proud of you for putting on your

swimsuit!!!! I know you and the little guy had a great time playing

in the pool. The next time it will be easier to don that suit!

(and having a tan makes you look 10 pounds thinner!)
