Zephyr journal entries Thursday, July 4 for michelle Morning 3/4 cup heart to heatr cereal 2 muffin top cookie bran blueberry 2 Subtotal 4 Midday 9 crackers 6 1/2 cup smoked turkey 4 Subtotal 10 Evening 1 cup(s) store-bought macaroni salad 10 1 item(s) Hardee's Fried Chicken Breast 9 Subtotal 19 Snacks 1 philly swirl bar 1 1 starbucks pop 2 2 no pudge brownies 4 Subtotal 7 Total Food POINTS used 40 Total Food POINTS left for today -7 Exercise 90 min swimming, slow 14 Total Activity POINTS earned 14 Check off daily on these important items: Water Multivitamin Supplement Fruits & Vegetables Milk & Milk Products notes No fruits or vegies but did swim and play for at least 3 hours and that was all time away from the food. Had 13 banked points for my use today and I will not count my excercise points but will use 7 of my banked so in my own way I feel I had a very victorious day. not great nutrition but I did a great job considering. I know you and the little guy had a great time playing in the pool. The next time it will be easier to don that suit!
