Hi! Could it be simethicone by any chance? It's used as an antiflatulent.

s/l methacone ranitidine

The ranitidine part I can make out, but he is saying something before it

like ethacone or methacone?? Anyone heard of this?

Yahoo! That's the one. I see it as 2 different meds, but he dictates as

simethicone ranitidine. Should there be a comma between the two or is there

such a med?

I would think simethicone and ranitidine. It depends on if you have to

transcribe verbatim. If so, I would put a comma between the two. If not,

I'd see if you can hear " and " in between them. :o)
