off for many people, there are gentler antifungals you can try.

It is also a high sulfer food, sulfer mobilizes Hg and causes side

effects, many need to go through their diet and exclude sulfer foods

to feel better and not cause problems.

When sulfer foods such as garlic mobilize Hg, what occurs next?

redistribution? if so, to where, the liver or random locations? or does the

garlic also

chelate, bind and prepare/transport the Hg for elimination?

Is using garlic harmful, if say after eating about a half bulb (5 or 6

cloves) of raw organic garlic and suffering brain fog for a day or so but no

illness? I feel better in about a day. What happens to the Hg after my brain

fog is

gone?

Thanks, Jim

I think so.

nope.

Suffering the brain fog shows that it is harmful. There may be some

people (low plasma cysteine) who can tolerate some garlic.

It is probably right where it was left.
