I forgot that I also had some pains in my teeth, too. Then I had about 9 months of feeling really good. The last month or two, I've been feeling really run down. I finally concluded that that was low ferritin along with adrenal and thyroid issues. So, my experience is pretty much the opposite of the " trough " Andy describes in fig. 15 of Amal. I do have a lot less joint pain than I used to, but I'm more tired. I used to HAVE to have 9 hours of sleep a night and now I find it hard to sleep 7. Since it's been lighter earlier I'm not usually waking up feeling refreshed. So, I'd say things are slightly better over all, but not as good as a few months ago. I've never been bedridden, but I haven't worked in 14 years. Because I am a fast metabolizer, I have to wake up twice a night. I have to go give doses to my daughter, too. All this really takes a toll on my endocrine system. > Seems like a good idea. I still haven't done anything about my > thyroid. Raising body temperature (which Armour does for hypothyroid people) is supposed to help immunity. Yeast hasn't been a problem for me for awhile now, but my daughter (who probably needs both adrenal and thyroid support) is still having lots of trouble with it. W.
