Guest guest
Where can I get hydrocortisone without a prescription? Also, how much selenium should I take? I checked my hair analysis test and my selenium low: 1.1 with a reference range of .95 - 1.7.

I would start at the low end of that and increase slowly to make sure you tolerate it okay (as with any supplement). The selenomethionine form is best. Avoid sodium selenite. --

The organic forms like selenomethionine and selenium yeast (if you tolerate yeast) are less toxic. It is not uncommon for people to be sensitive to selenium, so in addition to using a safer form of the mineral, it is wise to start at a lower dose and increase as tolerated. -- > -- > Mainstreaming Experiences & Strategies > http://groups.yahoo.com/group/MainstreamingDisabledKids/ > Asperger's/High Functioning Autism Homeschooler's discussion list > http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/as-hfa-homeschool/ >
