Yes, and the last hair analysis I had done, almost 5 years ago now,

showed arsenic in the red along with most of the other metals.

I wish I could get my hands on some DMPS. Later on, in the town where I

crashed twice, the water department will hardly admit it, saying only

that they closed down certain wells when the levels get too high, but

geologically, that ewhole area is designated as haing high rsenic

levels. However, the rest of the town appears to be healthy there.

Thanks for referring me to Andy's arsenic section in the hair analysis

book. SOme how, I had missed much of the part on the heart, as I don't

seem to have a lot of the other symptoms.

Thanks,

Inga

I doubt it, I almost died more than once. I don't think i am excreting

much at all. It took me a year iof DMSA to get to where I could handle

a small amount of ALA. I am woiring hard at trying to get my ALA up to

25 mg now...getting close

I couldn't really tolerate ALA fore such a long time, and still can't

take much, so I thought that DMPS would be a good way to try.

I do knwo that when they gave me a DMPS challenge, before I knew any

better, I felt better for the few days afterwards than I had in years

and years....hope there wasn't a bunch of silent damage gong on...I

felt so good afterwards.

Exactly, It appears as though I am a poor excretor, so I jsut keep

plodding along. the heart is what has me worried. I buried my mother

from heart failure just recently, and she was in much better shape than

I am in as far as actually symptoms were concerned....I mean in how she

felt the couple of years before she dies.

Thanks for all th4e pointers,

Inga

I guess I was looking for something positive to say. You may not

be excreting all the metals, but I think the ones that are high

indicate you are excreting them to some extent. My mercury is

just a tiny dot on the hair test, some are higher in green and

uranium is very high. I take this to mean I am excreting uranium,

and the others will come out when they are ready.

Yep, seems to be one step at a time for me too. I was at 8 mg

ALA for quite a while, and recently went to 17. Seems good so

far, but I still want to be cautious.

Maybe you will find a way to get DMPS at some point. It does seem

good to try different things. Maybe it would be better at reducing

the ALA side effects.

I am so sorry for your loss, Inga. That must be very stressful with

everything else you are dealing with. I wish you some extra healing

at this time. I have had some remarkable healing experiences over

the last few years and I will ask for you to be offered similar help.

I know it sounds a bit odd, but I believe there is a level of

physical reality to this type of help.

My dad has been ill for several years now, and I don't know when I

might lose him. I think it will be a hard time for me and I feel

a certain amount of dread about it. So I empathize with your

experience of losing a parent, even though it hasn't happened to

me yet.

You're welcome. And thanks to Andy for his wonderful books.
