Guest guest
I am now wondering if my low body temperature and low pulse rate are thyroid even though mine were normal. I will go back and look to see what my values were. Also, I just wonder if my adrenals are out of sorts and that is why I wake up shaking and cannot relax. This is a nightmare. Guest guest
Bill, Did you get your adrenal system checked? You can do so without a doctor's script at canaryclub.org. Carolyn J

Guest guest
You need adrenal support. You can take Cortef as per Andy's Cutler's book and instructions. My doctor prescribed 10 mgs. w/breakfast and 5 mgs. with lunch. If you can't get it prescribed by your doctor, I can email you the link where you can get it without a prescription if you email me privately. Regarding your thyroid, what is your TSH? Even though TSH can be useless for tracking low thyroid in mercury toxic people, the range was recently changed and anything over 2 is now suspect for hypothyroidism. You list a ftsh which I've never heard of. Most of us here do need both adrenal and thyroid hormone regardless of blood tests. You need adrenal hormone based on those results. my adrenal/thyroid test results - help please! > I just got my saliva adrenal/thyroid test results back from Canary > Club. Many folks take hydrocortisone - you can get it online without a script. You could also consider Isocort, adrenal glandulars, licorice and various other herbal, natural forms of support. Adrenal support will help a lot. Ask questions. Lots of adrenal fatigued people here can offer specific suggestions. There are also yahoo groups that directly address adrenal issues, such as: http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/NaturalThyroidHormonesADRENALS > fTSH 41 normal > fT4 .46 high > fT3 .48 normal > TPO negative What are the ref ranges? > E2 8 (postmenopause - no hrt should be 1-4 > P1 131 (post menopause- No hrt: 5-95) > TTF 17 normal I don't know much about these ones. I use an herbal product to balance my estrogen/progesterone and it works well for me. -- > I have no idea what I should do about the adrenals. Guest guest
Does anyone know if there is a website where I could post my hair test results and get some comments? I have them on the computer. Bill

You have to type the results directly into an email message - ie, you can't type them into a file and then attach the file to the email. If you continue to have trouble, you can email to me privately, and I will look at the hair test for you. You may get more feedback if you post to the group, though. --
