Four firefighters and one civilian were transported to Hermann Memorial

Hospital after an ambulance collided with another vehicle in southwest Houston

around 12:30 p.m. Wednesday.

Four firefighters and one civilian were transported to the hospital.

The ambulance was on the shoulder of the road and may have overturned. Two

other civilians were treated at the scene, according to Houston Fire

Department's Jack . He said none of the injuries were considered

life-threatening.

There was no immediate cause of the accident, which took place near Almeda

School Road and Broadhurst, but Houston police are conducting and investigation.
