Try not to get to involved with a lot of lists. I know of what I speak. I

did that and I seemed to have so much mail that trying to take care of it

caused me stress beyond imagining.

I quit a group that I dearly loved being on because there was just to much

mail. I unsubscribed from a lot of lists and now things are a lot better.

Some days I would have up to 300 to 400 pieces of mail. You can imagine how

that was.

Hi Irene,

With all my health problems, any groups that has too much mail, I leave, so

do not worry!

Today, I have this splitting headache, been poppiong more pills all day.

I will try and look after myself.
