Guest guest
My orthodontist suggested the same thing to me when I complained about the pain! My prostodontist (sp?) said it would not help. He suggested physical/massage therapy, heat and ibuprofen. All of which I am doing. Haven't spoken to the surgeon since week 6. He turned me over to the Ortho at that point. I guess they figure their job is done-move on! Hope you get some relief from somewhere Caycee. Mine is no where near what you are dealing with. ~~ > In a message dated 4/24/2003 7:28:49 AM Pacific Daylight Time, > orthognathicsurgerysupport writes: > > > > Caycee, > > > > I have no experience in this area, but I'm mad as hell that your > > surgeon and a so-called oralfacial pain specialist are giving you the > > brush-off!
