Guest guest
I could not agree more. Noah doesn't even have his band yet and I'm already trying to spread the word. I have a co-worker with a new baby and another co-worker with a baby on the way. I wanted them both to know about this and how important it is to catch it early and for them to let their baby have PLENTY of supervised tummy time. Hopefully they won't have to go through this, but at least they've been informed, which is what I wish someone had done for me. Being such a young mother, though (24), means that almost none of my friends have children yet, so it's hard to hear about something like this unless you're around other mothers. I just wish the pediatricians were better about informing parents and letting the decision-making be in parents' hands, not the doctor's.
