Guest guest Posted May 2, 2006 Report Share Posted May 2, 2006 ALA Dosage: 20-25mg every 4 hours appears mercury getting stuck in liver ? feeling uneasiness in the liver area. liver test are normal, all my medical test are within limits--some of them on low sides. I am taking vitamins / minerals/ digestive enzymes, liver detoxification and energiser, good bacteria , protien powder ( been vegeterian ). I beleive, I read earlier on this forumn, that it has do with copper not excereting while taking only ALA ? or something similar.
