Guest guest
-'s handwriting is llke this, his teacher's at his previous school would comment on it being sloppy in reports (not to him with a frowny face).I could never figure that out, he is pdd, lots of normal 5,6,7 year olds have sloppy handwriting. However, he is also in a new school for precisely that reason. Some teachers look to criticize. What about a drs handwriting, its just awful. What goes through these peoples heads-it must not be reasonable thoughts. Guest guest
BTW Sissi, did you see the handwriting I put in files today from ? And his teacher has never said a freaking word about it, and marks his spelling tests perfect when the words are spelled perfectly yet illegibly, and puts a GOOD comment on them for the work he's done! She's obviously baiting me. She wants me to do something. She probably wants me to show my ass. But what if I did? It would certainly mean people would have to start listening. Guest guest
I thought so. Is there no other class he could go to? This is sooooo unfair to Boone. Jacquie H Re: Maybe it's just me > Are you keeping him home? Yes. Sissi

I think that is perfect for a kindergartener! That worksheet looked like it was geared more toward first or second grade, though. Ethan has never come home with anything like that. Boone's handwriting looks much like Ethan's does. It took Ethan almost a full six weeks to learn just his first name, and then he wrote it completely backwards (letters and right to left) and now he refuses to lower case his vowels (EthAn) and his teacher has NEVER put a horrible comment on his paper like that!! I'd suggest to the teacher (this is just me though) that her opinions such as " you can do better " be sent *to you* with her suggestions on what she feels needs improvement and not written on Boone's work. If that didn't work I'd go to the principal with my concerns! That is totally degrading to his self esteem! a Mama to Ethan-Almost 6-ASD and Willow-2 1/
