Guest guest Posted January 20, 2003 Report Share Posted January 20, 2003 Hi Joy, No, not all normal value tables will be the same because not every table is from the same lab nor does every lab use the same methodology for any particular test or reagents from the same company. For example, one lab may use reagents from a particular company for a certain test while another lab doing the same test uses reagents from a different company. There's a good chance the normal value range from these labs won't match exactly for that test. But the normal ranges from different tables should at least overlap significantly. If one is way off, I'd question it. If they use totally different methodologies, then the range really isn't comparable.
