My personal opinion - based on having gotten horribly sick from eating

food I bought there several times in 1998 when I was very toxic - is

that you might as well shop at Albertson's, Ralphs, etc. as you'll get

the same stuff for less.

I do not consider Whole Foods to be a health food store. I have

shopped at them since and you have to be a very sophisticated consumer

and very attentive to end up with healthy food there.

Even if these were conventional and farm raised you are probably OK.

I really don't know if prep H is a problem or not but it would

surprise me if it is.

Irrelevant without knowing how mineral transport looked and when and

how you detoxed.

Ditto.

I don't know. You might be right. I'd suggest starting to shop

somewhere else and seeing if things get better in a few weeks.
