Guest guest
Not Kim here, but coffee enemas help detox the liver. If you are interested, I could go into more detail or give you some links to read about why they are considered so beneficial. > There is bacteria in the bowel and when you continually use enemas to slush > things out, you can make things worse in the long run. I believe the beneficial bacteria are in the small intestine, not the large intestine. The large intestine tends to have unhealthy bacteria. The Gerson clinic and other places have their cancer patients take multiple coffee enemas every day, and the effects are reported as beneficial. You can > become dependent on them and the bowel needs a certain amount of > bacteria in there too, which will be upset by the daily enemas , so I > would hate to think what that would do to you over time. Sorry, it's > up to you, but I wouldn't go NEAR enemas. The only time I'd do them > was if in an acute situation of needing the bowel cleansed out, but > never ongoing. Your projections of negative effects from daily coffee enemas don't seem to match people's actual experiences that I have read about. My own experience of doing organic therapeutic coffee enemas 3-4 times a week has been nothing but invigorating, with absolutely no bowel dependence.
