Guest guest
Hi, I do daily coffee enemas because they have helped me tremendously with poor liver detoxification. I have slow phase 1 & 2. Despite taking supplements to help with liver detox, I was still getting terrible migraines complete with vomiting that would last for hours. I learned that coffee enemas would " kick them out " and prevent them from occuring. I started out doing maybe one every other week but needed to do more. I actually still have bowel movements on my own despite the enemas. I often put probiotics in the coffee to put good bacteria in. Kim O.
