Guest guest
Lee, It's a little unnerving when you get that call, isn't it? Although I had to laugh...when the nurse said don't cut yourself, I thought...shoot, there goes my plans for today. :0) Who plans to cut themselves?! You're right it's been pretty quiet on the board these days, but it's great to see that there is life outside of PSC, huh? Am I mistaken or are you moving to Tampa? My brother lives in New Port Richey and I have friends in Clearwater -- I try to get down there twice a year. I'm sooooo glad to hear that Bill is able to start his internship! It's nice that he's able to lead a relatively normal life and I'm sure he's elated about it! Well, I'll let you get back to sorting and packing. Guest guest
Dear ,I know how it feels to get the phone call from a paniced INR nurse. When Bill was on coumadin, his INR went to 7! The nurse wanted to put him in a plastic bubble until it came down.Congratulations to !! This is wonderful news.I hope that you guys will have a lot of fun leading up to the big day and I know that it will be a very special wedding. The boards have been very quiet here it seems. Tim and I are crazy with getting our houses sold and getting ready to move.Ricky is busy with her new grandchild and helping her daughter.Dave is getting ready to go to the meeting with the foundation.I'm sure others are starting their vacations now that school is out.Well, for me it is back to getting the house ready to show and dealing with all the many decisions about what stays with us or goes.Meanwhile Bill is feeling well enough to head off to New York for his internship. That will be for July 10th.Now if he could just find a job as well.Lee Okay, enough, now on to the good news... is getting married July 15th! I'm still a little shell shocked, but I'm adjusting. She told me last Tuesday morning, and on Thursday I discovered it was set for July 15. We went and bought the dress and shoes today. They are having a simple, non-traditional wedding (which shouldn't surprise those of you who know her). They are having an outdoor wedding with immediate family and a few close friends. I'm not surprised that they planned a small wedding since has an avoidance to large crowds and high stress levels. I'm glad she knows herself well and is planning accordingly! I can't believe it, my baby is getting married! Thanks for the opportunity to share both the bad and good news; I feel like you all are the next best thing to family (in some cases you're better!).
