Guest guest
ANYWAY, the Mr Bean shorts are entirely non-verbal. Mr Bean never speaks; > all the humour is delivered through body language, facial expression, and > gesturing. They can be VERY funny. > > Jacquie hmmmm..never heard of him, but it does sound comical....kind of like Red Skelton? don't know if you know him...its pretty old. nancy

Guest guest
There was a Mr. Bean movie that came out maybe a few years ago...I'm trying to think of the name of it. Maybe it was just " Mr. Bean " ? It was pretty much a compilation of all the British shorts - we watched all of those in " preparation " for the movie and then were disappointed because there wasn't much in there that was new. I think he talked some in the movie. But other than that, you would have to rent them or watch BBC or something to see the shorts. Do let us know, Jacquie, I LOVE the guy. There's another British comedy called Faulty Towers that I really enjoy as well. You'd want to preview it to see if you think it's appropriate. The verbal humour might be beyond , I really don't know. -Sara.
