(Mixed veggies are 0/100 for the whole can. I have NO clue about the

deer stock. I let it get cold and skim all the fat off before

freezing it in serving size though. Anyone have an idea? I put down

5 fat and 100 calories for it - I think that aught to cover it. I

guess there's about 1 1/2 cups here.)

Mmmm...that was soooo good. Now I want chocolate. And I'm out of

slim fast bars. Darm it.Anyone have any good chocolate anything

recipies for low calorie/low fat?
