I thought I was gonna die yesterday. LOL 45 minutes of hard cardio

with someone yelling at me to move it and then switching every 3

minutes. LOL I did stairs, elliptical, skipping rope, mini tramp,

recumbent bike, rowing machine, stairmaster, tread mill, fan bike,

jumping jacks, monarch bikes. OY. Today is cardio weight

intervals. I " ll let you know how it goes when I crawl back to my

desk!
