congrats! that's the best feeling - i can't wait to pull out the

clothes that have been too snug for me to wear. all in due time!

keep up the great work, we can do this! It looks like we have very

similar goals.. I'm 182 right now, hoping to get down to 165 by the

end of the summer (August-ish) (sooner would be nice, but it's

probably better to be realistic, hehe)

That is wonderful! I am so impressed with how good you are doing. From

what I know about PCOS, you are doing absolutely wonderfully!!! Keep up

the great work! That always feels great to wear something you haven't

worn in awhile. Good for you!

Thank you! I truly believe success has occured finally for me for 4

reasons:

1. I want it bad enough and I have sought out support from this

group and anyone who will listen;

2. I am eating the best way for my body by combining food groups,

just a simple little step

3. I exercise and love it

4. I finally get what a health hazard PCOS will be for me as I grow

older and I want to RUN with my children and grandchildren and coach

their little league sports...not sit on the sidelines and watch

It's been a long time coming, but this time I am going to succeed. I

won't accept less than success. It doesn't have to happen tomorrow

or even this year, but I will get there and STAY there.

Thanks again for all of your encouragement. All of you. Every

single person who says " yay " and celebrates each pound gone is making

a difference. Have a great weekend.

Hugs,

Wow, it seems like people here are making or have made such great progress!

That's really inspiring. Every time I start to try to change my habits

somewhere deep down I think that I can't really do it. It's so great to see

that people DO really succeed and that maybe I can too. Congradulations!
