Now is the fun part---- have to start dealing with dang insurance

companies.. I figure the car is totaled- and I owe 12k on it. They

say the value is only 8300 thus far- so it leaves me owin' nearly 4k

AND having to get a down payment for a NEW car, and making a CAR

PAYMENT too!

Not really sore this morning- yet. It may come on later. I will be

getting the pics developed later today.... IN 4 DAYS i would have

had that car 1 YEAR!

25 years of driving, not my fault at all. Was going to wind up $2000

upside down on the loan. Had to fight dirty - pitted the insurance

companies against each other, retained a crazy scum-sucking barrister.

Came out with a 0 balance, nothing more. I really recommend getting the

GAP insurance on your next car purchase.

I went upside down about 4k on mine when it was all said and

done... There goes that dirt bike I was going to get.... I sent

her a certified letter today- come up with 4900 or I file suit in 10

days. She has a criminal record (Lamar County has jail records

online for public to see)--- lots of dope related stuff- so good luck

getting anything!
