Good job Weezie and listen to your body...somedays it wants all your

points (and then some) and other days just a few. As long as you are

staying close to your range for the most part and not go over a lot

you should be fine:)Happy B-day dear Canada!! I am no singing " Oh

Canada " and it sounds just lovely:)
