Congratulations Debbie. It must be so good to have these things (blood levels

and weight) working for you now. I

don't know much about cholesterol except that during hyper mine was really low

and now it is nudging the upper

limits. So the levels seem to have a lot to do with rates of metabolism as well

as what you eat. Maybe there are

ways to quicken our metabolism without being hyper???
