Guest guest
I'm having company tonight so I'm having Chicken Dijon along with a salad and strawberries for dessert. Recipe for Chicken Dijon below. Not sure of the points but I have all the ingredients so I'm having it. Weezie CHICKEN DIJON Cook Time: 15 minutesPrep Time: 15 minutes INGREDIENTS: - 1 tbsp. (15 mL) vegetable oil - 4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves - 1 can (10 oz/284 mL) 's Condensed Cream of Celery or Half Fat Cream of Celery Soup - 1/2 cup (125 mL) water - 1 1/2 tbsp. (25 mL) Dijon-style mustard (or to taste) - 2 cups (500 mL) fresh (cut up) or frozen vegetable mixture - 4 cups (1 L) hot cooked linguine or spaghetti DIRECTIONS: 1. Heat oil at medium-high in large skillet. Add chicken and cook 10 minutes or until browned; set aside. Reduce heat to medium 2. Combine soup, water, mustard and vegetables in skillet. Heat to a boil, stirring often. Reduce heat to low. 3. Add chicken. Simmer until chicken and vegetables are cooked through - about 5 minutes. Serve over pasta. Serves 4. If we defend our habits, we have no intentions of quitting them.

It has been lightly raining since about 1 pm yesterday with spotty showers the day before. Sounds like it is supposed to do this until Friday. God is Good!!! I gave some other farmers supreme s**t yesterday when they were whining that it was too late. Told them that they are never happy.... either it is too hot or not hot enough, too dry, or too wet. Told them they should be happy with what they get and to quit belly achin' about it. I imagine I was the topic of conversation at the coffee shop yesterday but I just couldn t take any more whining.
