Guest guest
Since switching to Armour, not only do I feel better, the hair loss has just plain stopped Kathy Wow.. I am going to press for this if I can. Was your hair loss accompanied by any itchy scalp, or it just fell out ? Dianne

I did have an episode of severe hair loss back in March/April, but I got an increase in my meds and it stopped just like a switch had been thrown, which is how it started. No doubt it was triggered by the stresses of having an incarcerated hernia and needing emergency surgery to correct the problem and almost dying before being properly diagnosed and treated. Guest guest
almost dying before being properly diagnosed and treated. Kathy >^,,^< That would do it to anyone, Kathy !! Mine is a different beast, sorry to say.. I have had dermatologists on to it for 10 yrs now, and no real results.. Last November , I shaved my head, and it did the trick.. it took 6 months to grow back, but it came back good.. scalp healed.. now it is off again. Nobody can find anything to account for it , no lice no mites no nothing.. It really is a mystery.. and so annoying.. after all, hair is so important to us ladies L Dianne

Guest guest
Thanks to all that posted to my message earlier. I decided not to get my head shaved tonight, as my hair is not falling out at all. Everyone tells me with AC chemo it has never been documented that anyone did NOT lose their hair, so I guess I can't wish anymore. The hairdresser I am going to, graciously offered to come in Sunday for me. Sunday will be 17 days after my first cycle of chemo. I'm ready to do it, I don't want handfuls of hair coming out when I shower or on my pillow some morning. I am making a really cute fleece hat from the breast cancer ribbon fleece to wear when I don't want to wear my wig. I bought myself a Husqvarna sewing machine for a Christmas present. Oh, the endless sewing projects I will do with my toy!!!!!! Love, healing thoughts and prayers to all of you. Jane in Pittsburgh
