Guest guest
I think I lucked out finding sucha reasonable price on my MLD. I called a few places and was quoted around $75 per session. I think I would have been fine with out the MLD. At 5 weeks (when I had it) post-op, I had a reduction in swelling but it wasn't drastic. It was a nice way to relax and unwind. It also took care of post-op acne and drained out some swollen glands in my neck. I am now feeling more normal. I am back to working out. The only thing that suffered is my running. I used to do 25-30 miles a week and I'm struggling to do 3/week right now! It just feels weird right now. Other than running, I am doing everything I was doing pre-op. Last minute advice.....eat all your favorite foods, especially crunchy foods. For the past 6 weeks, I've had a craving for nachos and pizza like you wouldn't believe! Also, have your " last " meal 2 nights before surgery. The night prior I was told to eat light and I would have been to nervous to enjoy it. Your surgery will go fine! Just try to relax and have some fun this weekend. Get all your post-op supplies in order. Keep busy! Email me when you get to the other side! You'll be in my thoughts! molly Re: Questions for Post- Oppers -Molly > > > Hi Molly, > > Thanks for your suggestion!
