Guest guest
Thanks for writing back Janice. Let me know later how you felt after reading the book. I recommend it to those who call the information line. Easy, easy reading, practically no more than a short paragraph per page which when you are hurting is enough. Tell me if you will since I refer to Compassionate friends often what the differences are that conflict. I, of course, wouldn't recommend it if it puts anyone into praying for a miracle as AA does. Thanks, I look forward to your post. Take care, care, Carol JanAngelMom1@... wrote: > --------------------------------------------- > Attachment: > MIME Type: multipart/alternative > --------------------------------------------- I do go to Compassionate Friends, the problem I've had is the contradicting messages of AA and CP. Now I'm gona worry about that anymore. I am interested in the book you recommended... >>A beautiful, simple book called " How to Survive the Loss of a Loved One " by Melba Colegrove and Harry Bloomfield is a gem for cathartic healing. Recommended by the American Psychological Association. My heart goes out to you and this will will be useful. Lots of libraries have a copy. Take care, Do for yourself what those who loved you as a child did for you then.
