REPORT ON APPLE SALSA & CINNAMON TORTILLA CHIPS

Here is a report for those who asked about the Apple Salsa and Cinnamon Tortilla Chips that I posted the recipes for the other day. I finally got DH to take me to the store for the missing ingredients and made it this morning. I would have to say I have found a new favorite snack! So tasty and filling and only 3 PTs for 8 large chips and 1/2 cup salsa. I am so thankful for summer and fresh fruit!

This does sound yummy Sherrie! I think I will bring this to my in

laws on the 4th. My MIL is not making dessert, so this might be

something sweet for later and not too much mess or fuss to eat! We

usually eat homemade ice cream so this would be a better choice! My

MIL has asked me to bring a relish tray(she even told me EXACTLY what

veggies to put on it and what brand of dip to buy.)Of course I will

bring whatever the heck I want! LOL Ya gotta love MIL's dont ya? Mine

is very opinionated and strong willed, but I love her anyway.....

I feel fantastic and can not believe I had major surgery just 2 week ago

I have my 2 week post-op checkup this afternoon and am hoping for a good

report. I am going to ask if I can do my walking tapes and maybe a light

workout with my arm weights. Thanks for asking.

I hope everything is falling in to place with your new business. It is

such a great feeling of independence to be your own boss. I am so proud of

you and wish you the best.
